Webb, a panel will discuss issues that matter today to the black community and pinpoint where Obama stands on each subject. Those in attendance will be asked to give their opinion as to whether Obama deserves the Black Vote. This will be held at the Jackson Enterprise Building (HWY W *Jackson, MS). Admission is free.
